French Horn Rebellion come from Brooklyn, N.Y. Two brothers, Robert and David Perlick-Molinari (producer of EP Time to Pretend by MGMT) have caught the attention of NME, MixMag, Artrocker, The Gaurdian, Time Out and the biblical French musical Les Inrockuptibles with only two edited singles since 2009. One of their records has been Record of the Week on BBC Radio 1 and their song Up All Night opens the compilation Kitsuné Maison Vol. 8.
You have been able to enjoy their concerts on both sides of the Atlantic, and they have shared a poster with Hot Chip, Leftfield, Sleigh Bells, The Drums, Cut Copy and SebastiAn. In addition to their hard work, they have found the time to pursue studies and record ¨The Infinite Music of French Horn Rebellion,¨ their first LP, which Mushroom Pillow will edit on March 8, 2011.
